Hyderabad: The ever-growing support for Aam Aadmi Party across the nation has caught the attention of the Sangh Parivar which advised its affiliate Bharatitya Janata Party not to be complacent of the new political outfit. At the All India Committee meeting of the RSS that concluded on the city outskirts on Thursday, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat called upon the BJP leadership to take lessons from the Aam Aadmi Party but not undermine it. He advised the top brass to focus on strengthening the party right from booth level in the next few months. BJP president Rajnath Singh also took part in the meeting. Bhagwat said that the BJP must make its politics more inclusive and participatory. The RSS chief also criticised BJP's policies in countering the AAP.

The RSS suggested that BJP must make its politics more inclusive and participatory. Around 50 members including two from South India (organizing secretaries of AP- Karnataka and Tamil Nadu-Kerala units) attended these meetings. RSS general secretary Suresh Joshi, BJP leaders Nitin Gadkari, Ram Lal, Bhaiyyaji Joshi, and other office-bearers of 35 affiliated organisations of the Sangh Parivar including ABVP, VHP, Bajrang Dal and Swadeshi Jagaran Manch took part in the meeting.

This bhaitak was part of RSS bi-annual meetings organised in January and June every year. The objective of this bhaitak was to review the activities of the RSS in the last 6 months and exchanging views about the situation prevailing in the country besides discussing other key issues
