It is learnt that he has been accumulating information for the same. In order to support his stand of United Andhra Pradesh, reportedly Kiran Kumar has been preparing an impeccable speech.
According to the sources, he has been on the very task for last one week. He gathered information on as many issues as possible, and its related data. He has even procured the copies of the reorganization bills of other states like Chhattisgarh, Uttaranchal and Jharkhand.
It is learnt that the Chief Minister held discussions with the judicial experts to discuss the favoring and opposing issues in the constitution of republic of India in the case of bifurcation of the states. It is also learnt that Kiran has been pursuing the history that paved a way for the formation of Andhra Pradesh in 1956. He is reportedly pursuing even about the history of Telugu people.
He is holding a meeting on Thursday afternoon with the Chief Secretary regarding the Telangana reorganization bill.
