Hyderabad: Telugu Desam Party MLA of Telangana region, Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy spoke in the assembly on Friday and said Residual Andhra Pradesh (Seemandhra region) will be the loser, if Hyderabad remains as the joint capital of both the states for reasonably longer time.
Ravula demanded that the high court of the state should not be made common for longer time. He demanded for the establishment of a tribal University in Telangana state.
Ravula said both Congress party and YSR Congress Party have been competing with each other in the matter of criticizing Telugu Desam Party and its chief. He alleged that YS Jagan got bail only with cooperation from the Congress party. Further, he said Jagan was granted bail for the very purpose of saving Congress party in Seemandhra region.
Ravula alleged that Sakshi, a Telugu daily newspaper has been publishing the same news in two different versions to satisfy the people of either region. He said the newspaper has been giving distorted shapes to the statements of Chandrababu Naidu.
Ravula said that the Chief Minister has been talking about bowling whereas the match has already been concluded. He questioned why the CBI former Joint Director, Lakshmi Narayana didn’t get his posting. He reminded of the position of the officials who worked with Chandrababu Naidu and attained the position of RBI governors.
