He urged the state assembly to hold discussions on the bill, as early as possible and return the same so that the UPA government can keep up their promises made to the public, timely.
He said he was informed by the Chief Minister that he could not visit Delhi due to the ongoing debate over Telangana Bill in the state assembly.
