In his petition he wondered on what capacity, the sibling of the Chief Minister had the first darshan of lord Venkateswara on Vaikunta Ekadashi. Talasani also claimed a huge corruption that happened in the sales of VIP tickets, in his ibid petition. He mentioned the names of state government, TTD chairman, JEO and commissioner as the challengers of the petition.
