APNGOs to go on indefinite strike
APNGOs to go on indefinite strike, formation of Telangana, Chalo Delhi, Ashok Babu. With the Union government going ahead with the process for formation of Telangana, APNGOs have decided to up the ante beginning with an indefinite strike from February 5 midnight.

Hyderabad: With the Union government going ahead with the process for formation of Telangana, APNGOs have decided to up the ante beginning with an indefinite strike from February 5 midnight. They have also resolved to conduct a slew of protest programmes including a three-day state bandh from February 10 to 12.
The Samaikya Parirakshana Vedika comprising government employees, teachers, advocates and students among others met at APNGOs home in Abids on Monday to decide about its future course of programme.
Speaking to reporters in the evening after lengthy discussions all through the day, APNGOs president Ashok Babu stated that they would serve strike notice to Chief Secretary at 11.30 am on Tuesday.
