Hyderabad: Lagadapati Rajagopal, the former Member of Parliament from Vijayawada Lok Sabha constituency has called on Naveen Mittal, the State Election Commission Secretary on Tuesday. In view of news making rounds that Kiran Kumar Reddy’s new party “Jai Samaikyandhra” will contest in municipal polls, the meeting of Lagadapti with Naveen Mittal has attained distinction. Nevertheless, Lagadapati has clarified that he called on Mittal only on a personal job.
It is evident that earlier Lagadapati has said he would morally support Kiran Kumar’s new party. Also, it is evident that he made a declaration in the past that he was quitting politics, completely.
