Hyderabad: Keep afloat with the cheering support from the public and increasing attractiveness of party’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, the BJP is reportedly taking into consideration to field candidates in some of the Assembly constituencies in the Old city of Hyderabad.
It is learnt that the number of seats the BJP will be contesting in the Old City will depend on alliance with the TDP. On the other hand, this time the BJP wants to demonstrate its existence in various pouches in the fenced city, added sources.
According to sources, besides fielding a candidate from Hyderabad Lok Sabha seat, the BJP is mulling over to field its candidates from Charminar, Yakutpura, Chandrayangutta, Karwan and Nampally Assembly constituencies.
