Re-Polling Begins at 29 Polling Booths. At as many as 29 polling stations the re-polling process has commenced at 7 a.m. on Tuesday. These re-polling have been scheduled for as many as 13 Lok Sabha Constituencies and 12 Assembly Constituencies.
Hyderabad: At as many as 29 polling stations the re-polling process has commenced at 7 a.m. on Tuesday. These re-polling have been scheduled for as many as 13 Lok Sabha Constituencies and 12 Assembly Constituencies.
It is evident that the elections were held on April 30 and May 7 in Telangana and Seemandhra, respectively. Nevertheless, at few places, the EVMs have become troublesome; and bowing to the decision of the central election commission, it was decided to go for re-polling at 29 polling booths. Few centres have been ordered for re-polling following the booth capturing episodes.
