Mahabunagar: RTC bus hits man to death

Hyderabad: Early on Saturday, a man was killed when a RTC hit him on the National Highway at Balanagar in Mahabubnagar district. The decreased has been identified as Ramulu (45), the sibling of Nerellapalli village president. The deceased was making an attempt to cross the road at the time of the incident. He was killed on the location, within no time. The dead body has been sent for autopsy to Shadnagar government hospital, added Manoj Kumar, the Sub Inspector of Police. A case has been booked and investigations are on. More details are awaited.

Saturday turned to be the most unfortunate day as far as the deaths in mishaps is concerned. Many people lost their lives in the state in various road accidents that happened early on Saturday. These days, mishaps have been on a rise. Let it be a mishap on the road or fire or otherwise, the main reason turns to be the reckless attitude of the people. There is a need to exact the situation so as to prevent the accidents. Surely, if timely preventive measures would have been adopted, most of the accidents could have been avoided. The people need to be educated. Better and wide publicity through the mass media channels may be opted for the same.
