KCR’s cabinet: No woman candidate finds berth

Hyderabad: Speculations made rounds that at least a single woman candidate would find berth in KCR’s cabinet in the first lot. Nevertheless, not even a single woman candidate has sworn-in as the cabinet minister during the Monday’s swearing-in ceremony.

Of those women on tenterhooks, the names of Konda Surekha and Padma Devender were heard strongly. However, everything happened beyond speculations on Monday. If the buzz is to be believed, women and prominent faces like Swamy Goud and Srinivas Goud would surely find places in the first expansion of the cabinet. It is learnt that the first expansion of the cabinet is likely within a week. The hopes of the tenterhooks are still on!!
