Hyderabad: Early On Wednesday, the Telangana Group D employees went on a protest against the decision made against their wishes and for asking them to work in Andhra Pradesh state. They said that even their unions were not in a position to listen to their woes. They wonder whether their agitation that last for many years of separate statehood for Telangana was meant for working in Andhra Pradesh state. It is evident that about 1000 Group D employees have been allocated to work with Andhra Pradesh state government.

The employees went on protest near the CM Block and chanted slogans for their justice and demanded for retaining them in Telangana state government only. The entire region became conundrum with this. The employees made it clear that they would not work in Andhra Pradesh. They said though it was made on a temporary basis, who would listen to them once it is made permanent.

They said that it was due to the recklessness of a few higher officials that such lacunas have been taking place. They said that apart from showing their dissent to their union leader, they would also call on KCR, the Chief Minister of Telangana, to express their miseries. Narender Rao, the president of all employees unions of Telangana said that he would take up this matter to the higher officials as well as to the notice of KCR.
