Krishna: Thief beaten to death by villagers

Hyderabad: Few thieves tried for robbery on Wednesday night at Annavaram of Nuzivid mandal in Krishna district. In this incident, the villagers tried to catch hold of the thieves and succeeded partially. The only thief who was trapped by the villagers was beaten to death by the villagers. A case has been registered and the police have been investigating the matter. More details are awaited.

After repeated heists in the trains in Krishna and Guntur districts, now, the thieves started targeting the residential homes and temples. Getting money easily has been the intended motto of many of the thieves behind such robberies. They need to be curbed up by taking adequate preventive measures. Clear analysis of the recent incidents of thefts shows that the thieves have been targeting the common man and simple but resourceful areas like temples, wherein the security is very light for obvious reasons. So, an immediate action is needed to keep vigilant to safeguard even such areas.
