Broadband facility to every home in Andhra Pradesh
We have already told you about the plans of Andhra Pradesh government to allocate the internet services to every home in the state. Now it seems that even the central government hopped aboard into the boat and agreed for the implementation of the plan.
Hyderabad: We have already told you about the plans of Andhra Pradesh government to allocate the internet services to every home in the state. Now it seems that even the central government hopped aboard into the boat and agreed for the implementation of the plan.
According to the sources, the Centre has responded favorably to the AP scheme to provide Net facility to every house in the state. Previously Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Chandrababu Naidu sought the Centre’s help to provide Net services when he met with Union IT minister Ravi Shankar Prasad on Saturday.
After the meeting AP CM Naidu said that the Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad has responded favorably for his request in providing internet facility to every house in the state.
Union Minister praised that the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has become as a role model to other Chief Ministers in the country in using information technology. Union Minister appreciated the AP state for using technology in Public Distribution System (PDS)
