Training on Establishment Rules for Railway staff
Divisional Railway Manager Pradeep Kumar inaugurated a one-week training programme on \'Establishment Rules\' for the employees of the personnel department at Rayanapadu and Guntur Division at the Electric Traction Training Centre (ETTC) here on Monday.
Vijayawada: Divisional Railway Manager Pradeep Kumar inaugurated a one-week training programme on 'Establishment Rules' for the employees of the personnel department at Rayanapadu and Guntur Division at the Electric Traction Training Centre (ETTC) here on Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, Pradeep Kumar said personnel department staff would be educated on establishment and service rules during the programme.
The conduct of this kind of programmes would help the staff to solve employees' grievances efficiently besides promoting coordination among them. The personnel department staff should be aware of Establishment Rules to safeguard the interests of both the management and employees, he said.
Additional Divisional Railway Manager NSR Prasad underlined the need for conducting reorientation programmes for employees at regular intervals to increase their work efficiency.
Divisional Personnel Officer M Sreeramulu and others spoke. About 40 staff members are undergoing training at the camp.
