BCs urged to fight for rights

Srikakulam: State Backward Classes Jana Sabha president G Gangadhar said it was unfortunate that even after 67 years of independence, people belonging to the backward classes in the country were unable to enjoy the fruits of independence. Speaking to the media here on Tuesday, he said it was high time that people belonging to the downtrodden and the backward classes waged an intense struggle to claim their rights and pressurise the governments to solve their problems.
