MRPS to lay siege to AP Assembly on March 10
The Madiga Reservation Porata Samithi (MRPS) president Manda Krishna Madiga said here on Saturday that the MRPS activists would lay siege to the Andhra Pradesh Assembly in Hyderabad on March 10 protesting against the State government’s negligent attitude towards the issue of SC categorisation.

The MRPS leader said that they would not allow Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to tour in districts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana as he was silent on the issue of SC classification. The MRPS leader alleged that Chandrababu Naidu was not speaking on SC categorisation after he came to power though he had assured Madigas of classifying sub-castes in SC category during elections. “We will not allow the Chief Minister to tour his own district from tomorrow,” he stated.
