AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is all set to shift to a rented house in Jubilee hills as the present house that is situated at Road No- 65 is to be taken up for an all round renovation.

The renovation is to be done as per Vaastu considerations under the direct guidance of his Vice Bhuwaneswari and her Vaastu astrologer. The three bed room house with a hall and an outer office for official purposes will now be divided.

The residential portion will be kept totally out of bounds and segregated for others while the camp office will be given a new and separate entry. The Naidu family will be shifting into a rented building on Jubilee hills road no 24 until the renovation is completed.

The plans for renovation of the house has been on the cards since the wedding of Lokesh but due to political pressures, security and elections, the family had lived together in spite of the cramped up space in the pretense house .

Earlier there were reports that Chandrababu would take residence at a farm house in Rajender Nagar during the renovation work in the present house. Again the proposal was given up in view of security concerns and refusal of the TRS government to provide infrastructural support like water, power and road connectivity.

The renovation work is expected to cost almost Rs. 7 crore and the Chief Minister is said to be paying for the entire project on his own. 'I will allow the government to build by house (camp office) at Vijayawada or capital city but in Hyderabad it will be my house" Naidu told an aide.
