Lokesh said that Chowdary served as minister for two times and won as Kurnool MLA on three occasions. He said the former minister had always adopted a pro-poor approach. Lokesh said that the TDP leader strove for the district development. He said that Chowdary worked relentlessly for resolving the problem of water scarcity in the district. Former union minister Kavuri Sambasiva Rao also paid his respects to the departed leader.
