The parents of a 22-year-old Sai Manohar have donated his organs to Jeevandan to be transplanted on needy patients. Sai Manohar suffered head injury when a truck collided with a car in which he and his family members were travelling. The doctors in a hospital where he was admitted declared him brain dead on Thursday.
Hyderabad: The parents of a 22-year-old Sai Manohar have donated his organs to Jeevandan to be transplanted on needy patients. Sai Manohar suffered head injury when a truck collided with a car in which he and his family members were travelling. The doctors in a hospital where he was admitted declared him brain dead on Thursday.
Sai Manohar’s father Adityan, mother Dr Jayasree, and sister Sravya took the decision to donate his organs to Jeevandan to give a gift of life to patients suffering from organ failure. Two kidneys, liver, heart and two corneas will distributed to the needy patients, said a press release.
