Highlights Of Pawan\'s Speech At Penumaka. Janasena supremo Pawan Kalyan on Sunday requested the AP Government to withdraw the notification issued to farmers for land acquisition in the AP capital area and warned that he would stage a dharna if the Government goes ahead with the process.

Janasena supremo Pawan Kalyan on Sunday requested the AP Government to withdraw the notification issued to farmers for land acquisition in the AP capital area and warned that he would stage a dharna if the Government goes ahead with the process.

The farmers of Penumaka and surrounding villages explained their problems to Pawan Kalyan and brought to his notice the fact that the government was planning to take away their land forcefully.

After interacting with the farmers, the Janasena chief addressed farmers at Penumaka village.

Excerpts from Pawan's speech:

â–ºI am here today just a fellow father. I am not an escapist ..I will fight for you.

â–ºI don't have the intention to fight against the TDP Government.

â–ºI am a political ally to TDP but not a slave. I don't agree to whatever they decide.

â–ºI left my my brother Chiranjeevi, who is like my father, for the sake of farmers.

â–ºI don't have any enmity with either TDP or YSR Congress party.

â–ºWhy did Murali Mohan approach Supreme Court when he lost one acre on Outer Ring Road?

â–ºI will not hesitate to stage dharna or fight against TDP to protect farmers' interests.

â–ºI will stage a dharna if the AP Government goes ahead with the land acquisition process. I don't have any objection if the farmers give away their lands voluntarily.

â–ºI am not against construction of the new capital and my request is withdraw the notification for land acquisition.

â–ºRavela Kishore Babu's 'after all' 3000 acres of land comment pained me. Any politician should not use that word 'after all'.

â–ºThe government should form a committee for the new capital related issues with experts like Lok Satta chief Jayaprakash Narayan and retired professors and engineers.

Earlier in the day, Pawan inspected the fields and interacted with hundreds of farmers to know about their problems.
