YSR Congress Party MLA Roja criticized Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan for his silence on special status issue.
YSRCP chief YS Jagan's indefinite fast demanding special status to AP has entered fifth day on Sunday.
Speaking at the fasting venue of YS Jagan, Roja recalled that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and CM Chandrababu Naidu have promised to grant special status to AP at a public meeting in Tirupati during the election campaign.
"They assured special status to AP in the presence of Pawan kalyan. Why is Pawan silent now and why cannot he question on the issue. Students are committing suicides in educational institutions of minister Narayana but Pawan is not responding on these issues," she asked.
She further requested the Janasena chief to extend his support to YS Jagan's support.
