The doctors said that the women are facing various problems with menstrual cycle, ovaries and uterus as they are neglecting nutritious food intake in regular intervals and avoiding exercise.

Ongole: The physical and psychological changes in women also increases the levels of stress, according to gynecologists and physiotherapists who attended at an awareness camp conducted by the PACE Engineering College here on Tuesday.

Women Empowerment convener of the PACE College of Engineering Anita Raj and co-convener Aruna Santhi organised the awareness camp on ‘Women and their health problems’ for the engineering, polytechnic and MBA students in the college.

Damacharla Himabindu, gynecologist from Anjani Hospital, Dr Kamala from Kamala Nursing Home and Jyotsna Teja, physiotherapist participated in the camp and advised the girls to take care of their health to lead a successful life.

The doctors explained various health problems women are facing in their routine lifestyle, how the physical and psychological changes are affecting their health.
