Rubbishing the entire case against him, Susheel Kumar, in his long post said that the victim had framed him while he tried to save a puppy on the road.

Police have served notices to Susheel’s residence in Minister's quarters asking him to appear for questioning, however, the culprit is absconding and the police teams are searching for him.
