Primary Health Centre building inaugurated
Andhra Pradesh Health Minister Kamineni Srinivas has said that the mother and child mortality rate has decreased in West Godavari district, thanks to modern medical services. He along with Agriculture Minister Prattipati Pullarao inaugurated Primary Health Centre building at Gopannapalem village in Denduluru mandal on Tuesday.
Eluru: Andhra Pradesh Health Minister Kamineni Srinivas has said that the mother and child mortality rate has decreased in West Godavari district, thanks to modern medical services. He along with Agriculture Minister Prattipati Pullarao inaugurated Primary Health Centre building at Gopannapalem village in Denduluru mandal on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, he said the six-bedded PHC would provide all medical facilities and services to the poor people. He said the Government had taken special care to provide better health services in district headquarter hospitals and primary health centres also. He called upon the doctors to provide facilities for normal deliveries to the pregnant. Rajya Sabha Member Thota Sitaramalakshmi, District Collector K Bhaskar and others participated in the programme.
