CM to tour Vizag on May 21

Visakhapatnam: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will visit the district on May 21 to participate in a series of programmes to be held in both urban and rural areas.
HRD Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao held a review meeting on arrangements to be made at the Government Circuit House here on Sunday with Collector N Yuvaraj, SP Rahul Dev Sarma, MLA Panchakarla Ramesh Babu and officials.
Later, he told reporters that the Chief Minister would arrive in the city at 10.30 am from where he would go to Pudimadaka of Atchyutapuram mandal by a chopper to lay foundation stone for the modern MNME Cultural Training Centre.
Then, he is expected to handover houses built by Wipro to 200 beneficiaries who lost houses in Hudhud cyclone and would also lay foundation stone for construction of another 400 houses in the second phase. However most importantly, he would visit Brandix Company at Atchyutapuram where he is expected to interact with woman workers about the facilities available in the company from where he would reach the Coastal Battery by the copter to go to Hotel Novotel.
After the lunch break, he would meet naval officials and would review about the Smart City Project to be followed by interaction with those who secured lands for setting up of 32 projects in the Health City. The Minister said that the CM would later leave for Kapuluppada to lay foundation stone for the Natural History Park and the Museum, visit the Beach Park built by the Tourism Department at Thotlakonda and would inaugurate the Modern Abattoir built by the GVMC with Rs 40 crore at Bakkannapalem. At the end of his visit, the CM would open the Amulya Orthopedic Hospital near Grand Bay Hotel.
