Kapu reservation issue is rising up once again as Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham came down strongly against Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu's statement that he had never fought for Kapu rights in the past.
In a counter response to Chandrababu, the Kapu leader reminded that he had resigned his MLA post over Kapu reservation and stated that the GO No 30 on Kapu reservations was released after his agitation. Mudragada further added that it was in fact, Chandrababu who had labelled the GO as trash.
Pointing out that the High Court full bench had accorded a favourable verdict on Kapu reservations, Mudragada questioned in his third letter in two days, as to why Chandrababu who was in power for 10 long years, didn't implement the verdict and chose to approach the court to get the GO 30 annulled.
