Visakhapatnam: HRD Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao here on Sunday handed over exgratia cheques of Rs two lakh each from the CM Relief Fund to the family members of three children who drowned in the natural waterfalls in Dumbriguda Mandal of agency area on Friday.
The three children drowned were B Siddhartha Raju (8), T Bhavana (8) and K Harshitha (9). The cheques were given to their parents after consoling them. Collector N Yuvaraj, CP Yogananda, Municipal Commissioner Praveen Kumar and DEO M V Krishna Reddy were also present.
