Protection to judicial officers working in Hyderabad sought

Rajamahendravaram: Members of Bar Council of AP-- Rama Rao Ganta, Krishna Mohan, Muppalla SubbaRao, Ravindra Kumar Kanakamedala, Srinivasa Reddy V, Chidambaram Kaligineedi, Gokulakrishna B, Brahma Reddy Vattijonnala, Venkata Ramana Murty B, Rami Reddy A, Sri Sunkara Rajendra Prasad and Ravi Guvera P-- met the Acting Chief Justice of High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and requested to give protection to the Judicial Officers from Andhra Pradesh who are working in Telangana State and strictly act in accordance with law in the matter of options of the Judicial Officers.

They also requested the Hon’ble Acting Chief Justice to expedite the process of establishing High Court for the State of Andhra Pradesh within the territory of State of Andhra Pradesh. All the members also condemned the attack on the A.P. Judicial Officer working in Warangal and using abusive language against the highest Judiciary as well as Judicial Officers.

They also bring to the notice of the Hon’ble Acting Chief Justice that all the Judicial officers belonging to Telangana State, who are functioning in the State of A.P. are being treated well and will continue to treat them well and will not cause any hindrance in functioning of their duties as Judicial Officers.

The members also appeal ed to all the Advocate community in the State of Andhra Pradesh to continue the present atmosphere and respect the Judicial Officers in all dignity and keep up the prestige of the Judiciary.
