AgriGold case put off by two weeks
A two judge bench of the High Court at Hyderabad comprising acting Chief Justice Dilip B Bhosale and Justice S V Bhatt adjourned by two weeks a batch of cases with regard to AgriGold Company.

Earlier the bench had insisted that the erring financial company deposit Rs 25 lakh towards expenses for earlier round of auction. After it was brought to the notice of the court that the deposit was made, the bench said it was willing to look at other workable alternatives for recovery of amounts and payments to the creditors.
The bench made it clear that its anxiety was to ensure that the investor does not suffer. It may be recalled that while the AP government had agreed to refer investigation to the CBI, the Telangana State government is yet to decide.
