SVU introduces course in cyber defence

The Sri Venkateswara University on Sunday appointed Prof. A Rama Mohan Reddy of the Computer Science and Engineering department as the coordinator for the newly introduced two-year masters programme in cyber defence. The course will be offered in collaboration with StraEd,Inc, USA from this academic year.

The course will be offered in collaboration with StraEd,Inc, USA from this academic year.
A press release from the SVU registrar M Devarajulu Naidu said that the admitted students should undergo 11 courses with 34 graduate-level course credits at SVUC of Engineering, Tirupati, with the option to pursue end semester training at USA. Courses will be taught by expert faculty from the industry and academia and from both India and the US, the release added.
