‘Yuva Spoorty beneficial to SC Youth’

Vijayawada: SC Corporation vice-chairman and managing director G Vijay Kumar said that the government will conduct Yuva Spoorty programme in 13 districts to create awareness among the SC youth about the skill development programmes conducted under ‘Chandranna Cheyuta’ in the State. He said that the State government taken up the skill development programme for the SC youth so that they can hone their skills in different fields of information and technology, agriculture and industries. He addressed the Yuva Sphoorthi programme conducted by SC Corporation at Andhra Loyola College on Wednesday.
Several youth enthusiastically participated in the programme. The SC corporation managing director Vijay Kumar said that students can enroll their names to develop their skills in different fields. He said Yuva Sakthi is the perfect platform to the SC youth, who can interact with officials, entrepreneurs and skill development experts, to climb success ladder. Vijay Kumar attributed illiteracy is the root cause to the problems being faced by SCs in the State.
He said that the government is giving information to the SC Youth on the employment opportunities available in the public and private sectors and appealed to the youth to enroll their names for it. SC Corporation executive director E V V Satyanarayana, skill development experts and others attended the event.
