A pilgrim Venkataratnam (51) attempted suicide by slashing his neck with a blade in Tirumala on Monday. According to the police,
Tirupati: A pilgrim Venkataratnam (51) attempted suicide by slashing his neck with a blade in Tirumala on Monday. According to the police, Venkataratnam, a native of Udayagiri in Nellore district was found lying in a pool of blood.
He was immediately rushed to SVRR hospital. Family problems were said to be the reason behind the suicide attempt. A case has been registered.
