Admissions for social welfare schools are open
The Social Welfare department has called for online applications for admission into social welfare residential and non-residential schools. About 250 seats are available for hostlers in residential schools and 200 seats for day scholars. For online applications, https://epassapcfss.in has to be accessed. Applicants should bring fourth standard transfer certificate for 5th standard.

For rural students, the annual income should be Rs 65,000 and for urban Rs 75,000.Those seeking admission for 1st standard should be in the age group of 6-7 years. A tentative list of selected students will be exhibited on June 14th, certificate verification on June 15th and final selection on June 16th, according to a press release from S Rosanna, deputy director, Social Welfare department.
