Claiming that former AP Chief Minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy would have made the Polavaram project complete if he was alive for one more year, he even took a dig at the present Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.
Stating that Chandrababu is constructing a dam and not the project, Arun Kumar said that the Chief Minister is building a copper dam in the name of Polavaram project which is to be raised upto a height of 41 metres from which water is supplied.
