Jawahar, who belongs to Madiga community, took up a novel protest against the attitude of MRPS founder president Manda Krishna Madiga for his allegations against the TDP government.

The Minister also flayed YSRCP president YS Jaganmohan Reddy who visited Garagaparru village on Friday to meet the villagers and Dalits. The Minister reached Eluru on Saturday morning to participate in the government sponsored programme ‘Vanam-Manam’ organised by the Forest Department.
When he reached old bus stand he stopped his vehicle and reached the centre. He started stitching chappals and polishing shoes. His staff provided him shelter under an umbrella as he started working in scorching heat on the road.
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister told the media that MRPS president Manda Krishna Madiga was making baseless allegations against the government. The Minister claimed that the Madiga community is with the TDP and the TDP government is committed to their welfare.
He stated that the government has taken steps to revive the LIDCAP by allotting Rs 30 crore. He stated that the TDP government is committed to the welfare of the Madigas in the State.
“Some people are claiming that they will polish shoes and stich chappals. They don’t know about the tools used in the profession. I call them to come to me. I will teach them how to stitch a chappal and how to do the shoe polish,” he said.
Alleging that the Telangana government cheated Madiga community, Jawahar wondered why Krishna Madiga failed to raise his voice in that State.
While polishing shoes and stitching chappals, the Minister also lambasted YSRCP president Jaganmohan Reddy by stating that people are disgusted with the caste-politics being played by the Opposition leader.
He flayed Jagan for trying to divide people in the name of caste at Garagaparru village.He said the TDP is opposing caste politics and Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is giving priority to all castes.
