Police refuses permission for MRPS meet

​Guntur: Police rejected permissions for both MRPS Kuruskhetra Sabha and Mala Mahanadu public meeting opposite ANU. Both organisations decided to hold the public meetings at the same venue on July 7 at the same time.

The police felt that it was not possible to give permission for both meetings at the same day and at same venue, which would lead to tensions and law and order problem.

Guntur range DIG KVV Gopala Rao said if the permission is given, it will create law and order problems.
