Will file charge sheet in Tuni arson: DGP
AP police will file a charge sheet on the accused in connection with the torching of four bogies of Vijayawada-Vizag Ratnachal express during the Kapu reservation agitation held last year. It may be mentioned that the protestors, who were agitating for reservations under the BC category torched the bogies at Tuni railway station in January 2016.

Kapus had been demanding reservations under the BC category following the assurance given by the Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu before the elections. However, the reservations are not being implemented as per the promise made by the Chief Minister.
DGP N Sambaisva Rao told a group of reporters here on Saturday that charge sheet will be filed on the accused, who torched the bogies of train during the agitation and indulged in violence. Asked about the involvement of Mudragada Padmanabham, the DGP said his name would also be included. The DGP said leaders who instigate violence will be booked.
