A new traffic rule has come into force in Andhra Pradesh. Starting today, the ‘No helmet No petrol’ rule will be put into practice. With Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu directing all the petrol bunk dealers to cooperate in this regard, the new traffic rule is likely to make a huge difference in the state.

Chandrababu has sanctioned Rs 10 crore for equipment in this regard and asserted that there won’t be any hesitation in suspension of the officials who don’t discharge their duties properly.

Advising the officials to geotag the vehicles and 108 vehicles, the Chief Minister further asked them to bring awareness to the public on wearing the helmet and seat belt. Car drivers, it is a must to wear the seat belt.
