Tirumala: Render sincere services to multitude of devotees with devotion and win the divine grace of Lord Venkateswara, advocated Tirumala JEO KS Srinivasa Raju. The JEO combinedly addressed the TTD officers and Srivari seva volunteers at Asthana Mandapam on Tuesday, deployed for Rathasapthami duty in four mada streets on Wednesday.
He said, every year the pilgrim crowd for this one day ‘Mini Brahmotsavam’ has been increasing. “To give best possible services to the pilgrims, this year, we have deputed around 400 senior officers and employees for four mada streets on January 24. For north-mada street, FACAO O Balaji will be in-charge, east-mada street SE I M Ramesh Reddy, south-mada street Devastanam Educational Officer Ramachandra and for west-mada street SE 3 Sudhakar Rao act as overall supervisors. They will be assisted by other officers to see whether pilgrims are getting food, water, beverages, buttermilk on time or not.
Addressing the volunteers, the JEO oriented them to offer the services to pilgrims to their best. “Especially, you should ensure that every pilgrim gets water and food. Pay special attention to see that they will not throw food packets and water or buttermilk sachets. It is for the volunteers to guide the pilgrims properly,” he maintained. Earlier, CVSO A Ravikrishna said that rendering service Tirumala as an employee or as a volunteer is an opportunity given by almighty and everyone should make use of it by serving the pilgrims in right spirit. FACAO O Balaji, Temple Deputy EO Kodanda Rama Rao, SE II Ramachandra Reddy, GM Transport Sesha Reddy, PRO Dr T Ravi and other senior officers, over 1,000 volunteers, who are exclusively deputed for four mada streets service were also present. Later, the JEO also inspected the four mada streets to view the arrangements made for the big religious occasion.
