It is good news to pilgrims who visit various holy temples and tourist places in different parts of India. The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) will be running three Bharat Darshan Special Tourist Trains to three different tourist circuits in the country in April and May this year.

The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) will be running three Bharat Darshan Special Tourist Trains to three different tourist circuits in the country in April and May this year. N Sanjeevaiah, General Manager of the IRCTC informed the media on Monday about the Bharat Darshan special trains.
He said the first package tourist train titled ‘Nava Jyotirlinga Yatra’, starts from Renigunta on April 3 (00.05 hours) Tuesday and will return back to Vijayawada on April 14. The package will cover Bhimashankar (near Pune), Nageshwar (near Dwaraka), Somnath, Ujjain Mahakaleshwar, Omkareshwar, Trayambakeshwar (near Nashik), Grishneshwar (near Aurangabad), Aundha Nagnath (near Nanded) and Parli Vaidyanath.
The tariff per each passenger is Rs 13,020 for sleeper class and 15,540 for AC III tier. It includes night stay, transport, food, tour escort and security on train. The second package tourist train titled ‘Ganga Yamuna Yatra’ starts at Renigunta on April 18 (00.05 hours) Wednesday and will return to Secunderabad on April 29.
The package will cover places of Agra, Mathura, New Delhi, Haridwar, Ayodhya, Prayag, Varanasi and Gaya. The tariff per each passenger is Rs 11,340 for sleeper class and 13,860 for AC III tier. It includes night stay, food, transport, tour escort and security on train.
The third package tourist train titled ‘Dakshina Bharat Yatra’, starts at Secunderabad on May 4 (00.05 hours) Friday and will return to Vijayawada on May 12. The package will cover Tiruchirapalli, Rameswaram, Madurai, Kanyakumari, Trivandrum, Guruvayur, Sripuram Golden Temple, Tirupati and Srikalahasti.
The tariff per person is Rs 13,020 for sleeper class and 15,540 for AC III tier. The tariff per person is Rs 8,505 for sleeper class and 10,395 for AC III tier. It includes night stay, food, transport, tour escort and security on train.
