City youth felicitated in Kolkata

Vijayawada: City student Nimmagadda Venkata Krishna, who secured all India 38th rank in the Cost and Accounts managements (ACM) examinations, was felicitated in Kolkata on Tuesday.
The Institute of Cost Accountants of India conducted a felicitation programme in Kolkata for the top rankers. West Bengal minister Somdev Chatopadhyana felicitated Nimmagadda Venkata Krishna Rao for securing 38th rank in the country.
Interestingly, President of India Ramnath Kovind will also felicitate Venkata Krishna in a programme in New Delhi on July 14. Krishna’s parents Bhanuprasad, engineer and Radhka expressed joy over the felicitation of their son in Kolkata on Tuesday.
Bhanu Prasad said that his son was a bright student from childhood and achieved top ranks in the academic career. The Institute of Cost Accountants of India celebrated the platinum jubilee in Kolkata on Tuesday and felicitated the merit students.
