RINL workshop on Leadership and team building begins

Visakhapatnam: A two-day workshop of RINL, the corporate entity of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, began here on Tuesday on ‘Leadership and Team Building’ exclusively for its senior management comprising executive directors and general managers. The programme is being facilitated by a renowned Prof Dr TV Rao of TVR Learning Systems, Bengaluru, and former professor of IIM-Ahmedabad.
P Raychaudhury, CMD, RINL, PC Mohapatra, Director (Projects), KC Das, Director (Personnel), VV Venugopal Rao, Director (Finance) and PK Rath, Director (Operations) were present.
While inaugurating the workshop, Raychaudhury stressed upon the strategic importance of astute leadership to embrace the continual changes in business environment and the significance of team building and hoped that the participants will certainly enrich their leadership qualities.
Das, Director (Personnel), in his welcome address outlined the importance of the workshop exclusively meant for senior management of the RINL and the benefits participants will get from this workshop which in turn, facilitate the organisation to function in an effective manner.
Resource person Prof TV Rao outlined the detailed programmes and insight of the workshop and the various takeaways, the participants will get after the two-day workshop.
