Rajamahendravaram: Greater Rajamahendravaram BC Welfare Association president Narava Gopala Krishna celebrated the association's state president K Shankar Rao's 61st birthday here on Sunday.

As part of it, he distributed saris to poor women donated by builder Chinna.
Meanwhile, BC JAC chairman Margani Nageswara Rao extended a financial assistance of Rs 5,000 to BC student Rohit for books and clothes.
