Rajamahendravaram: Adikavi Nannaya University (AKNU) vice-chancellor Prof Murru Mutyala Naidu has underlined the need of psychologists to lead a happy and peaceful life under the present circumstances.
The psychologists are playing a pivotal role in the lives of many people to lead stress-free life.
Participating on the first day of workshop conducted on basic skills in counselling for cognitive behaviour modification conducted by SPRUHA (alumni of psychology students) in the campus here on Thursday, he said that psychology was having good demand across the world and underlined the need to develop the field further.
Dr Sumit Datta, association president Sunkara Nagendra Kishore, secretary Rajesh, principal Dr K Sri Ramesh and others were present.
