Amaravati: AP Cabinet will meet on September 6, informed Chief Secretary Dinesh Kumar in a press release on Friday. The AP Assembly monsoon session will also commence on the same day. The Cabinet meet will take place after the conclusion of the first day of the Assembly session.
The first day of the Assembly session will conclude after paying tributes to the departed leader and former minister Nandamuri Harikrishna. Before the commencement of the Assembly session, there will be Business Advisory Committee meeting.
At the meeting, Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and other leaders will decide the business to be taken up in the entire session and will also decide the duration of the session.
The Cabinet must approve the bills, which will be introduced in the Assembly and hence the government authorities have decided to conduct the Cabinet meeting on September 6.
