Nellore: Central Crime Station (CCS) cops along with Kovur Police held an inter-state habitual offender on Monday and recovered gold ornaments worth Rs 2.75 lakh from him. The accused was identified as M Sunil from Janardhan Reddy Colony in city.
Addressing the media, CCS Circle Inspector Sk Bobbyjan Saida said that Sunil had addicted to bad habits and committed offences for easy money. He had stolen gold ornaments and other valuable goods from the houses after breaking the locks during night time.
The accused committed three offences in Srikalahasti, one in Tirupati, three in Rajahmundry, one in Chilakaluripeta, two offences in Guntur and also two in Kovur,’ said the CCS CI.
