TG Venkatesh vows to develop Joharapuram
Rajya Sabha Member TG Venkatesh assured to develop Joharapuram on all fronts He, along with MLA SV Mohan Reddy, District Collector S Sathyanarayana and Municipal Commissioner Dr CB Harinath Reddy, laid foundation stone and performed Bhumi puja for the construction of community hall here on Sunday
Kurnool: Rajya Sabha Member TG Venkatesh assured to develop Joharapuram on all fronts. He, along with MLA SV Mohan Reddy, District Collector S Sathyanarayana and Municipal Commissioner Dr CB Harinath Reddy, laid foundation stone and performed Bhumi puja for the construction of community hall here on Sunday.
TG Venkatesh, addressing the gathering on the occasion, said a Ring Road is likely to come at Joharapuram. Then the residents of Joharapuram would feel like that they are in Hyderabad. The living standards of these residents would also change significantly, he said.
MLA, SV Mohan Reddy said that his aim is to transform Joharapuram as problem-free. The community hall will be useful to the residents of this area and it will be named as Gangaputra Bhavan.
District Collector, S Sathyanarayana said the fishermen are leading a normal life in the country. He assured to develop the fishermen on all fronts. He advised them to educate their children so that they can lead a better life.
Commissioner of Kurnool Municipal Corporation Dr CB Harinath Reddy said that a community hall is already under construction near Radio station and this is the second one at Joharapuram.
He also assured to construct a fish market to fisheries. He also said that skill development training is being imparted in various fields and advised the people to get training at their desired field.
