Madanapalle: Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) G Ganesh on Monday advised employees to strive to resolve four people’s problems in a week. He warned that departmental action would be initiated against the divisional-level officials of all departments if they failed to attend the weekly grievance programme.

Addressing the officials during ‘Prajavani’ in the Sub-Collector’s office, he said none from the Police department was present during the programme, despite sending letters to all departments. The RDO directed DRDA AO Suresh to write a letter to the state government on this issue.

He asked the DRDA AO to identify government land available around the town and furnish details of the house-sites allotted to people. Ganesh clarified that as per GO 570 no house-sites will not be allotted in the town within 2-km range.

Among those present were Assistant Labour Commissioner Chinna Laleppa, Survey DE Guruswamy, Panchayat Raj DE Chandrasekhar Reddy, DLPO Lakshmi, RWS DE Ramana, Assistant Director of Agriculture Sivashankar, DWMA APD Madhubabu, Housing AE Venkat Reddy and other officials.
