Nellore: BJP State president Kanna Lakshminarayana alleged that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was supporting the corrupt politicians in the State who were making huge money through irregularities. He said the ruling party leaders were creating hullaballoo on the I-T raids and blaming the Centre. Kanna laid foundation stone for the BJP office here on Saturday and questioned why the officials were keeping quiet when the TDP leaders were committing irregularities.
“It is obvious that the ruling party leaders were exploiting all sectors in the State. They were not paying taxes properly, GST and others and the Income Tax officials were conducting raids as part of their job chart. There is no development in the State and funds given by the Centre were also misused,” criticised Kanna.
He also flayed Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for always trying to protect his aides who were responsible for misdeeds. He said they were looting public money engaging benamis and now these leaders (Dopidi Dongalu) are accusing the Centre for the I-T raids. Kanna said I-T officials were not conducting raids on innocent people and all politicos.
